Time has passed.
I now am a graduand. Woot.
I look back at my time in St Mary...no longer am I the quiet, small, awkward girl in the corner. I have changed so much. And so has everyone around me. I've done things I never knew I could, found friends in strange places, and had opportunities that I never knew I could have.
I am about to embark upon the next phase of my life mid/late next year, after my professional studies - the working life (ok, assuming I get a job = =). I wonder what it will bring.
But there is always room for improvement. That's why I'm starting to jog again (I miss feeling as fit as I used to), and I will be taking up skateboarding/longboarding. A fun way to travel :). And then from there perhaps surfing/snowboarding? Hey, they're all boards so it shouldn't be too difficult.
And I will try to make more friends and such. I feel that I have squandered part of my university life - yes there were good times, but I could have made it better....but I failed to =/.
I think my trip back to Malaysia in July may be an eye opener, or it even bring catharsis. I am looking forward to it. And oh, if you did not know about this, please visit the Incompatible website. =) I am planning possible adventures!!
If any other Marian visits my blog, drop me a line so we can meet up. :)
